The strength of the set is lighting with remote adjustment of brightness and color temperature. Innovative LED Bi-Color bulbs of the DaVinci™ series are used here, adjustable with the included remote controls.

The variable color temperature is obtained in the bulb in a classic way known from camera lamps - by installing a luminescent LED chessboard with two different color temperatures. This solution has the additional advantage of having shifts in the spectrum of individual LEDs increase effective color reproduction for the entire bulb. Color temperature range from 3600K to 6200K. The high luminous efficiency of the bulb means that for low active power consumption we achieve a very high luminance, corresponding to 170 watt bulbs.

LED matrices are covered with a protective lampshade scattering light (diffusor) with an area of 112cm2, thanks to which the emitted light has a pleasant, soft distribution regardless of the intensity. At short distances, softening the light may correspond to a softbox or beauty-dish lamp. The bulb gives very nice, relatively large reflections.

The generated light is continuous, without flickering effect, allows filming with higher frames. Bulb designed for indoor use, protection class IP20. The bulb is designed for professional use in a photography studio. The bulb is not designed to work in household conditions. The bulb housing is not hermetically sealed.

The light sources used in the set allow for smooth color temperature control. This gives a very wide possibility to adapt to the existing light, create the mood of the shot in accordance with the presented subject, creative experiments with the use of lights with different color temperatures.

The reasons why we use color temperature control are different. One of the most frequently given reasons is use of existing light - it can be daylight coming through the window, it can be artificial light from lamps on the ceiling of the room. If we use lamps with different color temperature, it will be visible in the obtained frame, and what is important - it will prevent us from obtaining natural (neutral) white, gray and skin tones. To counteract this, we regulate the temperature of the lamps to match the temperature of light in the room or sunlight (warm on sunny days, cool - on cloudy). Then the existing light improves the exposure and does not spoil our "white balance" - the balance of color temperatures of the lights in the frame.

Another reason why we want to change the color temperature is emphasis on the tone of the skin. Makeup people know that makeup can look different indoors, differently outdoors. By adjusting the color temperature of the light, we can check makeup in various situations. By taking a photo or recording a video, we can emphasize the effect we want - warming the tone of the skin or, on the contrary, its cooling, for people with light complexion and yellow tones in the hair.

The bulb comes with a handy, sleek remote control that allows you to control the bulb. The remote communicates with the bulb via an infrared channel. The infrared receiver is mounted under a protective lampshade, control is possible "from the front" of the bulb. The sensitivity of the receiver is so high that it is possible to operate bulbs in closed softbox luminaires CineGEN.

Softboxes are an essential part of a photography studio. They are used to change the properties of light: the size of the glowing surface, the intensity and direction of light. They are gaining more and more popularity in video projects. An alternative to kinoflo lamps. Softbox eases tonal transitions between light and shadow.

The luminaire used is SOFTBOX integrated with the E27 socket, designed for both flash bulbs and permanent light bulbs. The canopy with dimensions 40x60cm is finished inside with silver material. The light is evenly distributed already inside the softbox and retains the same power over the entire surface of the diffuser. On the outside, the softbox is matte black, so it does not reflect the light of other lamps.
