The monitor requires two 1.5 V AAA batteries (notincluded) to operate. Once installed,it powers onautomatically. There are four function buttons:

• SCAN: When powered on, the monitor enters SCANmode, automatically cycling through seven datafunctions (TIME, Stroke, TIME/500M, SPM, TotalStroke, DlST, CAL), each displayed for 5 seconds.Press SCAN once to hold the current function. Pressrepeatedly to advance functions manually.After thelast function,pressing SCAN again resumesautomatic cycling.
• MODE: Selects a single function (TIME, Stroke,Total Stroke, DIST, CAL)for value setting.
• SET: Sets exercise values when in function settingmode (not available in SCAN mode).
• RESET: Press and hold for 3 seconds to dear data

Resistance Level Adjustment：

After the monitor powers on, you can check data using theapplication:

1)Scan the QR code to download the FitShow application.

2) Open the application and follow the on-screen instructions.

3) When prompted to select a device type, choose "Rowing Machine.

4) Tap Quick Start to search for available devices.

5) Select the device named "FS-XXXXXX"to connect.
