SportPlus SP-AR-1500-B-iE is a modern air rower designed for regular training at home. Instead of a classic resistance system, it uses an air turbine with 8-step adjustment , thanks to which the movement remains smooth and the intensity naturally increases with the rowing pace.

A solid construction with a maximum load of 150 kg , an aluminum guide for users up to 200 cm tall, compatibility with Kinomap and the ability to fold the device make the SP-AR-1500-B-iE combine the capabilities of full-size training equipment with the functionality needed in a home gym.

Each full pull involves successive muscle groups – from the legs, through the torso and back, to the shoulders. Thanks to this, the rowing machine allows you to simultaneously develop the condition, endurance and efficiency of the whole body.
