How a slow juicer works
A slow juicer is a device for juicing fruits, vegetables and herbs. Unlike high-speed juicers, slow-turn juicers crush juice components slowly, preserving nutrients such as vitamins, enzymes, pectins, minerals, micro- and macroelements. The slow rotation of the auger ensures effective separation of the juice from the pulp , minimising losses and providing more juice.
The juicer has two outlets
➡ The squeezed juice is drained through the hole into a 650ml juice container.
➡ On the other hand, the second hole in the juicer drains the remaining flesh, which is separated from the juice.
