💦 DIRT-RESISTANT FABRIC

The dog bed comes into contact with paws, fur and everything that the pet brings from the walk. Therefore, the material should primarily facilitate the daily maintenance of order.

Fabric used in the sewn bed:

🌬 7. EXCELLENT AIR CIRCULATION – FOAM GRANULES + SILICONE FIBER

➡ There is no uniform foam block inside the bed. We use loose filling consisting of two different materials.

It helps to give the pillow the right elasticity and volume. Individual elements of the granules can move under the weight of the dog, adapting to its arrangement.

☁ SILICONE FIBRE

It gives the whole softness and fluffiness, complementing the spaces between the foam granules.

🪡 WE SEW PILLOWS OURSELVES – OUR OWN SEWING ROOM

➡ Before the bed is in your pet’s home, it goes through the next stages of production in our own sewing room.

✂ We prepare the material – we cut the elements needed to make a specific size.

🧵 We sew – the prepared parts go to our machines and are combined into a ready-made pillow.

☁ Fill – add the prepared mixture of foam granules and silicone fiber inside.

🔎 We control – we check the workmanship and finish of the product.

📦 We prepare for shipment – the finished bed goes directly to the customer.
