The platform is made of wood, the top of the box is additionally lined with high-quality, thick 1,5cm non-slip rubber, preventing slipping during exercise and protecting the platform from damage.
Exercises using the platform will improve jumping power, explosive strength and maximum endurance.
Jumping exercises can be perfectly combined with balls, barbell or kettlebells. Plyometric platforms can be successfully used as tear blocks during barbell training. The bottom of the platform is open so that it is possible to increase the height by combining platforms
