The device from the BLACK series is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for manual, electric welding of steel with self-shielding wire (FCAW Flux-Cored Arc Welding method).
The FCAW method is arc welding with core (powder) wire.
It is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, except that the wire inside is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.
FCAW welding combines the advantages of both wrapped electrode welding and MAG welding: very high efficiency (no need to change the electrode frequently) can also be welded outdoors (the flux also protects against weld oxidation) the welder does not have to have very high qualifications.
It is designed for all kinds of welding work, in locksmith workshops, repair workshops, bodywork, farm, etc.
The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems, enabling increase in efficiency and reliability of the power source.
