The MAGNUM MIG 222 DUAL PULS SYNERGIA is a lightweight portable semi-automatic welding machine powered from a single-phase network 230V with a maximum welding current of 200A.

The MIG 222 welding machine is designed for welding materials made of stainless steel and aluminum a also low carbon steels, low alloy and high alloy steel.

Offered device made in inverter technology with microcontroller MCU (integrated microprocessor system). It is equipped with a large readable display LED and intuitive, easy to use control panel, which allows fast setting of all the most important welding parameters. The welder has the function of single and double PULSE, synergistic control.

FUNCTIONS FACILITATING WELDING:

• Inductance - optimizes characteristics of the arc depending on the thickness of the welded material. This function is useful when MIG/MAG welding thin elements - it prevents them from burning (the thinner the element, the greater the inductance). Inductance affects the shape of the weld, its width, depth of melting and the number of splashes,
• Two-bar 2t - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
• Four-point 4t - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow,
• S-4T - special four-bar with HOT Start and end current (crater filling),
• Synergy - automatically selects welding parameters, when adjusting the voltage, the wire feed speed is selected automatically,
• PULS/DUAL PULS - functions of synergic welding with a single or double pulse, thanks to which it is possible to obtain high-quality spoins similar to the TIG method (husk effect). The PULS function is helpful in welding all weldable materials, especially those made of stainless steel (PULS function) and aluminum (DUAL PULS function),
• Memory - the user can save and recall any settings,
• Point - spot welding (adjustable welding time),

• MIG - MIG-MAG synergistic settings
• MIG PULS - synergistic settings with a single pulse,
• MIG 2-PULS - synergistic settings with double pulse,
• TIG LIFT DC - TIG LIFT / TIG LIFT welding with pulse,
• MMA - welding with wrapped electrodes (rutile, alkaline, acidic).

The power source was built based on the latest technology using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power losses, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source and significantly reduced energy consumption.

The design and software, combined with digital control, enables achieving excellent welding parameters and obtaining high quality welded joints.

The device has smooth regulation of welding parameters and is equipped with a thermal overload protection system that prevents excessive overheating. The welder is equipped with a 2-roll wire feeder with a "euro connector" socket allows you to connect different types of welding brackets.
