MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE TIG-210 AC/DC PULSE DEVICE:
⭐ PULS - Thanks to the adjustment of the TIG PULS pulse welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also allows you to reduce the amount of heat supplied to the material and is used when welding very thin sheets and aluminum.
⭐ 2T/4T - source operation control modes. In a two-stroke, pressing the TIG torch button causes welding to start, releasing the button to end welding. In a four-stroke, pressing and releasing the button start welding, to finish it, press and release the button again. Four-stroke is mainly used when making long welds, because it does not require holding the button on the handle all the time during work.
⭐ ANALOG CONTROL - FULL ADJUSTMENT OF TIG AC DC PARAMETERS - manual adjustment of pulse, frequency, balance, adjustment of gas outflow time, time of falling and rising of current
⭐ OVERLOAD SWITCH - the welder is equipped with a thermal, automatic overload switch. When the temperature of the device is too high, the protection will cut off the welding current and the diode will light up to indicate overheating. After the temperature drops, the circuit breaker will automatically reset.
⭐ ELECTRODE CLEANING FUNCTION
⭐ HIGH DUTY CYCLE 60% - The duty cycle is based on a 10-minute period. A 40% duty cycle means that after 4 minutes of operation , a 6-minute break is required . A duty cycle of 60% means that after 6 minutes of operation, a 4-minute break is required. 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously without interruption.
