The Magnum Power VIP 5000 LCD is a professional welding machine designed for manual, electric MMA welding using hot melt coated electrodes. It is designed for all types and welding carried out both stationary and in the field.
The Magnum Power VIP 5000 welder has an unprecedented SYNERGY function in other devices that allows automatic adjustment of the welding current to the diameter of the welding electrode used and graphically presented indicator of the thickness of the welded material depending on the set welding current.
The power source was built on IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power losses, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source and lower power consumption.
In addition, the Power VIP 5000 is equipped with a fully adjustable Hot Start and Arce Force function as well as VRD and Anti Stick.
Functions and advantages of the device:
✅ Adjustable Arce Force function - a function that facilitates the conduction and maintenance of the electric arc, especially in the case of materials / electrodes that are difficult to weld, e.g. Corroded materials
✅ Adjustable Hot Start function - makes it easy to light up the arc and start welding.
✅ Automatic VRD - (Voltage Reduction Device) reduces the output voltage to a safe level when the device is running but welding is not in progress. When welding begins, the output voltage returns to its normal level.
✅ Automatic Anti Stick function - protects the device and facilitates the detachment of the electrode in case of its "sticking" to the welded material.
