1 The saw should be plugged into the socket located at the very top of the boom - you will hear a click

2 Before starting work, make sure that the saw is properly seated

3 The battery should be plugged into the socket located at the bottom of the boom - you will hear a click

4 After pressing the switch lock, you can start working

The Delphi Tools telescopic boom will be compatible with devices that have 3 pins in the battery socket. The boom will not work with devices that have only two pins (see picture next)
