2V BLT150T Cell Tester

BLT150T is a professional 2 V cell load tester designed by DeltaTech Electronics for the diagnosis of traction and stationary batteries. It enables quick detection of damaged cells, assessment of wear and reliable processing of battery complaints.

How the load test works:

BLT150T allows you to perform a quick manual test and a semi-automatic test with time controlled.

• The tester excites automatically when connected to a cell with a voltage above about 1 V
• If necessary, the user can start the device manually with a button on the panel
• the load range is selected with knobs, each winding adds another 50 A
• for an efficient cell, the voltage under load usually stabilizes above about 1,75 V
• voltage falling towards zero indicates clearly damaged cell
• the time of a single load test is maintained in the typical range of several seconds

Semi-automatic mode and presentation of results:

• After starting the semi-automatic mode, the device measures the test time and signals its completion
• A graphical voltage waveform appears on the display during load
• values of resting voltage, voltage under load and voltage difference are presented
• After the measurement is completed, it is possible to generate a double QR code with data from the test
• QR code data reads the BLT QR mobile application on Android and allows you to create a PDF report from the measurement
