Constant supervision is required during charging! Always check the pressure gauge and turn off the compressor manually.

How to prevent overheating of your compressor?

To protect the high pressure compressor and ensure its durability:

1. Work in cycles: max. 40-45 minutes of work, then 20-25 minutes of break.
2. Always use active water cooling.
3. Monitor the temperature – the housing should not exceed 85°C.

Procedure for Receiving and Preparing for First Use – Step by Step:

1. Inspection: Check the shipment for shipping damage.
2. Oil Addition: The compressor is shipped without oil. You should add high-quality silicone oil yourself to the level indicated on the indicator (red dot).
3. Filter Installation: Make sure the blue desiccant filter and hoses are tightened well and the connections are tight.
4. Pressure limitation: NEVER exceed 300 bar (4500 PSI). That's the maximum for safety.
