Where to put the detector head?

The place of application of the Neno Sereno head depends on the stage of pregnancy and the position of the child.

1. From 12. week of pregnancy - heart rate is worth looking for in the middle of the abdomen or slightly below the navel.

2. After 24. week of pregnancy - the heartbeat of the fetus is best detected in the place where the baby's back is located. Since palpable movements are most often the activity of the legs, the head should be applied on the opposite side than the one on which mom feels kicks.

3. Between 32. a 40. week of pregnancy - the place of listening depends on the position of the toddler - if the child is placed head down, the heart rate can be looked for on the left or right side under the navel, and with the gluteal position - above the navel, also on one side of the abdomen.
