The latest generation FIBALON 3D universal filter cartridge is an environmentally friendly alternative to all filters: sand, paper, dacron and cartridge thanks to its longer service life and excellent filtration and retention properties. Special filter balls are able to clean the water in your pool 10 times faster and more effectively.

Fibalon 3D is a modern filter bed of the latest generation consisting of micro synthetic PET fibers (polyethylene terephthalate), which was developed by German scientists to replace inefficient filter deposits in garden pools, ponds, SPA baths and even aquariums. Fibalon balls are very light and filter water much better and faster.

This sensational filter material consists of special balls of polymer fibers of varying length and structure, resembling cotton wool balls consisting of a network of interwoven fine threads that are produced in such a way as to prevent their fraying and release of their residues. Fibalon balls are microporous and have a very high ability to retain impurities. The spherical shape has been consciously chosen – it maximizes the filtration surface and retention capacity. The silver ion nanoparticles contained in Fibalon balls provide high bactericidal power to limit the development of microbiological foci in the pool. The resistance of Fibalon in the filter is several times smaller than that of ordinary filters, which reduces the load on the pump and increases its energy efficiency, and the pool pump is by far the largest energy consumer in your yard. This means noticeable savings on every electricity bill! The balls placed in the pool filter create a coherent bed with a very high filtration accuracy of up to 3 microns! With such an accurate filter, there is no need for flocking agents (coagulants), and the need to rinse the filter has been reduced fifteen times! Thanks to this, the user has obvious savings in the form of lower water and energy consumption. Due to its light weight, Fibalon is very easy to remove from the filter for complete cleaning or replacement.

How to use: Fibalon balls packed in mesh (in this form they will be sent) should be put in place of the existing filter and the filter pump should be turned on and used in the current way. In the event of a large difference in the height or width of the existing filter, the Fibalon balls can be removed from the mesh and inserted in bulk without kneading in place of the existing filter. The mesh containing 11 filter balls can also be placed in the skimmer which provides much better pre-filtration protecting the filter media in the pool pump (including sand, glass, cartridges, etc. ). Fibalon spheres absorb fatty and other impurities, thus significantly reducing the load on the filter in the pump, and the silver ion nanoparticles contained in them have a destructive effect on bacteria and viruses and prevent their formation. Due to their color, they are an excellent indicator of contamination and thus the quality of the filtration process. At first glance, you can see what their condition is. When Fibalon gets dirty, simply rinse the bed under a strong stream of water or wash by hand and even the mesh with balls can be machine washed for cleanliness and put back into the pump after washing. It is recommended to check the condition of the balls every approx. 4 weeks. The Fibalon used in this way will easily last for a period of 5-7 years depending on the size of the pool and the degree of contamination of the filter, giving you crystal clear water. This is from an ecological point of view great news for our aquifer as well as for our wallet when paying water bills!
