The sensor has a built-in IR remote control, which allows you to control various home devices through a smartphone, such as a TV, air conditioner or decoder.

The compact size of 66x66x17mm provides a minimalist look - it is one of the smallest WIFI temperature sensors with a built-in IR remote control of this type, which does not require additional gates.

 

This advanced sensor not only provides information about temperature and humidity, but also enables convenient management of electronic equipment. The built-in IR remote control allows you to remotely control air conditioning, heating or other devices, which gives the user full control and convenience.

Adding devices to the IR remote is easy and intuitive. Just add the IR Remote control function to the Tuya app, and then you will see the option to add new devices for remote control. From a convenient list we can choose the product we are interested in, for example, an air conditioner. Then, by selecting a brand from the list, we can quickly set up the connection using the "quick match" option or adjust it manually using "learn match". After successful configuration, we gain full control over the control of the device using the application.

 

Thanks to the built-in IR remote control in the temperature and humidity sensor, we can now easily create smart scenes in cooperation with other devices added to the Tuya app. Just add new devices to the temperature sensor that you want to control with your phone, the device appears on the main screen of the application, allowing the user to creatively configure smart scenes.

The process is simple and intuitive:

1. We add IR Remote Control function to the application.
2. Then we add a device (in the IR remote control) that we want to remotely control (e.g. air conditioner).
3. After successfully adding the product, it will appear as a new device in the app.
4. Now we can freely create smart scenes directly with the connected device (e.g. turn on the air conditioner when the temperature is 24 degrees)
