This is no ordinary gadget. The SynaptIQ Universal Controller is a smart bridge that connects your classic home devices to your smartphone from anywhere in the world.

It allows you to create scenes, scenarios that will perform a given task for you. They will close the blinds, start the air conditioning, turn off the RTV and audio equipment.

No more searching for a TV remote that "fell into the couch". No more getting up to cover the blinds. From now on, you control everything from one Tuya app on your phone, from anywhere in the world.

The most important benefits:

• All in one: Replaces infrared (IR: TV, Klima) and radio (RF: Roller shutters, some switches) remote controls.
• Remote control: Turn on the air conditioning in your home when you are just leaving the office.
• Full automation: Set schedules, e.g. so that the blinds rise by themselves at sunrise.

Most low-cost controllers on the market only support infrared (IR), which is only TV and air conditioning.

The SynaptIQ remote control is hybrid. It has an additional radio module RF to 433 MHz. What does this mean in practice?

That you can control devices whose remote controls work radio through walls, primarily external rotors, projector screens or light switches.

(Important note: The device supports RF remotes with fixed code. For security reasons, it does not support some garage/entry doors with variable/encrypted code).

The device does not support rotating codes, so-called. variable codes where the manufacturer dynamically changes the control codes of devices. Thus, for example Somfy products are not supported.

Your devices can be “smart” even if they are 10 years old. They just need a working pilot.

• Air conditioning and fans: Set the scenario "Back home", the controller will turn on the cooling 15 minutes before your arrival. Sleep soundly by setting the air supply off after 2 hours.

• TV and Audio: Change the channel, volume or signal source (HDMI) without moving from under the blanket. It's all on the phone.

Are you lying there and don't want to look for your phone? It's not a problem. The controller fully works with Google Home (Google Assistant) and Amazon Alexa voice assistants.

All you need is a simple voice command thrown into space to lower the blinds, turn on the TV or start the fan.
