Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 1,5 cups wheat flour
• 1 cup potato flour
• 1/2 cups oil
• 1 3/4 cups milk
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 op. sugar with real vanilla or vanilla flavour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 pinches of salt

Mix all ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes to thicken the dough. Grease the waffle iron grille with oil and heat the waffle iron. Pour the dough (not too much so it doesn’t come out). Waffles are baked for about 4-6 minutes. After baking, dry on a paper towel so that they do not soften from steam. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, smeared jam or with whipped cream and fruit.
