FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) ❓

1. For what height and age of the child is the chair intended? The armchair was designed for children from 90 to 160 cm (usually corresponding to the age from approx. 4 to 12 to 14 years). Thanks to the smooth adjustment of the seat height and footrest, it grows with the child.

2. What is the maximum permissible load on the chair? The maximum lifting capacity is 100 kg, which guarantees stability, durability of the frame and gas lift class 1.

3. What is the adjustable footrest for and can it be removed? The footrest (adjustable from 19 to 26 cm from the floor) provides stable foot support for smaller children whose legs do not yet reach the ground. This prevents pressure on the thighs and forces the correct posture. When the child grows up and reaches the floor, the footrest can be lowered to the bottom or disassembled.

4. Will the chair fit under a low-top desk? Yes. The armrests are tilted backwards at a 90° angle, allowing you to slide the chair deep under the countertop of any standard desk and save space in the room.

5. How to care for the upholstery and materials of the chair? Upholstery mesh and foam are easy to clean. For daily care, regular vacuuming with a soft brush is enough, and minor dirt can be removed with a damp microfiber cloth with the addition of mild detergent.

6. Do the wheels draw wood floors and panels? The chair is equipped with standard plastic wheels. For very delicate panels or parquet, it is recommended to use a protective mat under the seat or replace the wheels with rubber ones.

7. Is assembly complicated? No, the chair is shipped in one compact carton (weight 9 kg) along with a set of screws, a wrench and clear instructions. It usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to assemble the chair.
