Very popular and proven by many of our customers model. It has two zones of hardness of back support. Hard – coconut mat and medium-hard latex foam. Between them there is a high-quality elastic polyurethane foam.

INTENDED USE OF THE DEVICE:

The Lateksowo / foam / coconut PRESTIGE Line mattress features:

elastic and stable back support,

hardness ensuring free change of position in infancy,

stable edges to facilitate verticalization of posture and taking the first steps,

excellent air circulation,

independent, multi-layer (construction 3W) cover adapted to washing at temp. 60°C,

high resistance to wear and damage,

COVER

The multi-layer (3W) design of the cover ensures free air circulation and improves sleep comfort. Protects the mattress insert from dirt, constant contamination and damage.

The three-layer cover is made of:

1. Delicate and durable mattress fabric (100% polyester),
2. Fluffy polyester nonwoven fabric,
3. Flat polypropylene nonwoven fabric.

The fabric has also been tested for the absence of harmful substances in accordance with the requirements of the Standard 100 by-TEX® certificate (in terms of the requirements of the most stringent class I, i.e. for articles for infants and young children up to 3 years of age) and has obtained the “Safe for children” certificate.

WASHING THE COVER

• It can be easily removed and put back on after washing.
• It is suitable for repeated washing in a washing machine at 60°C, spinning and drying in tumble dryers. For hygienic reasons, it is worth considering the small size of the children's mattress cover and washing it completely. For this reason, we do not use a separate lock in children's mattresses.

HYGIENE CAP

We also recommend using an HP1 or HP2 sanitary pad and jersey sheets on the mattress. During the washing period of the cover, the hygienic overlay can be temporarily put directly on the mattress insert.

FILLING

LATEX FOAM

Perforated latex foam (20% natural latex, 80% synthetic latex) is an extremely durable and comfortable material obtained from the combination of natural latex with synthetic latex. The mixture of these two raw materials is subjected to a foaming process and then fixed in the vulcanization process.

The cartridges obtained in this way are characterized by:

• excellent point flexibility,
• free air circulation
• very good humidity regulation,
• comfortable support of the body during sleep,
• high resistance to wear and tear
• inability to deform.

Perforated latex foam has an ASTM Certificate confirming its anti-fungal and hygienic properties. This is an excellent filling for mattresses for allergy sufferers.

POLYURETHANE FOAM PUR

The core of the mattress is made of high quality elastic polyurethane foam obtained by the Maxfoam™ continuous method. This unique manufacturing process ensures a consistent and even distribution of foam density throughout the block. Polyurethane foam has been used for years as a filling for mattresses. Depending on the weight group and the intended application, the density of the foam is selected. The higher its density, the greater the hardness and strength of the mattress.

COCONUT MAT

Coconut fiber combined with latex mixture – coconut mat.

The coconut mat is made from natural coconut fiber combined with a latex blend. Commonly used in mattresses for many years, it is the most famous natural filling. In Fiki Miki mattresses we use only coconut mats additionally hardened during the needlework process.

Coconut mats are ecological and easily biodegradable due to their nature.
