How many times have you tried to exercise and your child crawled on your back or sat on your stomach? Now you can still practice together, but side by side. Your child will have their own space on a colorful yoga mat. He will practice like you, Mom and Dad.

The mat is painted with basic asanas that the child may try to perform.

Exercises with the Qmed Baby Yoga mat are great fun and at the same time ideal practice for children who want to become more attentive and get to know their body better.

Yoga also teaches patience in the pursuit of better exercise and in relation to other children who join classes at different stages of physical fitness.

Yoga allows children to see and accept the differences between themselves, because each of them may have different predispositions and flexibility. Although it is not a team sport, yoga is often practiced in company or in a family circle, where everyone is equal: there is no place for competition and race, but for learning asanas together. Regular effort results in effects that children are able to observe themselves.

Yoga, requiring effort and precision, calms the diverging senses and mind. It also helps children improve their body flexibility and increase their strength.

Created for dynamic exercise - ideal for practice at home - easy to clean

Maintenance: Cleaning with a damp cloth with a small amount of soap. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and allow to dry.

Dimensions: 145 x 61x 0,6 cm

The thickness of 0,6 cm is optimal in terms of insulation from cold or hard ground, which is important for lying positions. It also gives a feeling of softness and sinking into the mat, and also increases the comfort of use for slim people with sensitive, more exposed joints.

Material: PVC

The mat is made of durable, easy-to-clean and hygienic PVC material, which increases its durability due to poor abrasion. Non-slip mat surface allows pleasant practice of different types of yoga, e.g. for dynamic transitions in the Ashtanga Yoga system.

Warnings: For use under the direct supervision of an adult.

Not suitable for children under 36 months of age.

For domestic use only.
