ZigBee is an open standard of radio communication supported by leading manufacturers of consumer electronics associated within the Zigbee Alliance.

Process automation between system elements is carried out in the control panel, not in the cloud, thanks to which individual actions are performed much faster.

The lattice topology (mesh) provides stable communication between the gate and individual elements of the system, because each receiver is a transmitter. Damage to a single device does not stop the entire network.

Low power consumption needed for the system components to operate, so ZigBee devices (nodes) can usually run for many years on a single battery.

Pairing with the app

• Connect the device to power wait about 30s
• The newly connected device is already in pairing mode (red LED flashes fast)
• In the TUYA app, add a new device -> category: Gateway Control -> select Gateway (ZigBee).

Once the pairing is complete, you can start using the device. If the LED does not flash quickly, you can reset the device by holding down the RESET button for about 5-8 seconds. After a while, the red LED should start flashing again quickly (not to be confused with slow flashing - AP mode - then press the button again for 5-6s).
