The WH0-SERVICE module is a simple trailer lighting controller designed for service replacement in an existing installation, any malfunctioning universal controller. For this purpose, all connections to the module are realized using screw connectors (power supply, input signals from car lamps, output signals to the trailer socket).

WHAT FUNCTIONS DOES THE MODULE PERFORM?

• automatically detects trailer connection
• cooperation with CAN BUS computer
• supports reversing light
• supports LED lights
• supports lamps with single-fiber bulbs
• activates the trailer fog lamps
• controls the lighting of the trailer
• relieves the electrical system of the car
• does not support reversing sensors

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The module supports only trailer lighting and operates 1:1 - i.e. the signal at the input causes a signal at the output. The module has signal paths for all lamps in the installation with a 7-pin socket as well as with a 13-pin (8 "active" pins).

It should be noted that this module is adapted to incandescent and LED lighting of the car and works correctly with the control of "PWM" lighting in the car (i.e. when one cable is signaling for two lights, e.g. "stop" [54] and "position" [58L/R]).

The module does not support any "additional" functions - such as switching off parking sensors or controlling the battery power of a caravan.

IMPORTANT: When installing the module, it is absolutely necessary to comply with the requirements for wire cross-sections and protection of the installation power supply!
