Cartridge - model ZR-006 suitable for all jugs of the American manufacturer Zero Water.

The Zero Water filter combines five different water filtration technologies that together remove almost all contaminants from drinking water.

• Removes 2x more dissolved solids compared to conventional 2-stage filtration and carbon filters,
• Removes 99,8% of all dissolved substances from water, including calcium, heavy metals, PFAS and herbicides, including glyphosate,
• All Zero Water products are completely BPA/BPS free,
• Zero Water Jug - water filtering is the only jug that is certified for lead and chromium filtration.

How does a water filter work?

By filtering all dissolved substances from water, you only have clean water left. This is only possible thanks to a special 5-stage Zero Water filter, and not other systems.

The filter consists of the following layers:

1. COARSE-GRAINED FILTER

Filters out fine particles and deposits.

2. FOAM DISTRIBUTOR

It evenly distributes water across the filter, ensuring a more efficient use and optimal filter performance.

3. ACTIVE CARBON AND OXIDATION REDUCTION ALLOY

It filters various contaminants, especially organic substances. It also reduces chlorine and other heavy metals and prevents mold formation.

4. IONIZATION EXCHANGER

The negative and positive ion exchanger removes foreign ions from water molecules and returns them in a pure state.

5. ULTRA FINE SIEVE AND NON-WOVEN MEMBRANE LAYERS

They remove ultra fine particles.

When should I replace the filter?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give the exact life of the filter. This is due to the fact that the amount of dissolved substances and possible contamination varies depending on the location.
