Aquaphor Maxfor cartridges thoroughly remove virtually all harmful impurities from the water, improve its color, taste and smell.

The filter is designed for water purification with a medium degree of hardness (up to 200 mg/l).

The capacity of the cartridge is 200 l, up to 2 months of use for approx. 3-4 person family, depending on the degree of hardness of the water.

The Maxfor+ cartridge fits the following models of AQUAPHOR jugs: Onyx, Jasper, Time, Orion, Amethyst, Agate and jugs from other manufacturers such as Brita Maxtra or Dafi Unimax.

The filter prevents limescale build-up in kettles, irons and other water-using devices. Removes iron and active chlorine, and unpleasant taste and smell. It also removes heavy metals, pesticides and petroleum products. It also cleanses water from rust and other mechanical impurities and softens water.

What a good filter cartridge should consist of

1) Activated carbon (made from coconut shells) - is characterized by the highest absorption properties, i.e. It absorbs impurities from water very well, such as chlorine, pesticides, organic compounds, improving the taste and smell of water.

2) Ion-exchange resin - is responsible for softening water. Removes stone from water - reduces its hardness.

3) Aqualen - an innovative fiber developed by Aquaphor, supports the work of carbon by removing heavy metals from the water. It has bacteriostatic properties. In addition, thanks to its fibrous structure, it ensures that water between carbon and resin grains is evenly distributed, no so-called. channel effect.

Even better taste of tea

Making tea on filtered water makes the herb better extract its aroma, is more clear, and does not form the so-called. "film" on the surface of tea
