The KINGSMITH RMWR3LF resistance mechanism uses a 16 litre tank and a rotor with two blades. Resistance arises when water is set in motion and varies depending on the strength and rate of pull. Calmer rowing allows you to maintain a moderate intensity, and faster movement causes an increase in the perceived load.

The user can additionally regulate the nature of the device by changing the amount of water in the tank. There are 5 resistance levels and the maximum value is 40 kg. This solution does not require manually changing settings during each acceleration, because the mechanism naturally responds to the way the movement is made. The flowing water also provides a distinctive sound to accompany your workout.

Triple folding and coffee table function

This configuration allows you to rest your feet firmly and comfortably transfer force when pushing back.

The adjustable footrests can be adjusted to fit your shoe size, while the wide straps help keep your feet in the right position. The maximum user load is 180 kg. Additional locks stabilize the structure during both exercise and storage.

LCD display and mobile device holder

The built-in LCD screen allows you to control the most important training data on an ongoing basis. The display shows the time, distance, number of strokes, total number of moves made, estimated number of calories used, power expressed in watts and number of movements per minute.
