We equipped the softener with 22 liters of special high-performance monospheric resin Lewatit S1567 (responsible for removing water hardness) and 10 liters of the best activated carbon - made from coconut shells. This combination is a guarantee of soft, clean and tasty water directly from the tap.

Active carbon contained in the Water Technic Pro Carbon station retains chlorine, phenols, pesticides and other chemical contaminants. It clarifies water, gives it a better taste and aroma. In practice, this means that if the purchase was made, e.g. June 15, 2021, and the device is covered by a full 10-year warranty, it will end only on July 31, 2031.

SAFE TRANSPORT

Only the company Water Technology guarantee includes also transport of purchased goods. Thanks to this, you can be sure that if anything was damaged during delivery - we will immediately replace this element or the entire device. And although every shipment is insured - we never wait for the courier protocol or consideration of the case by the transport company. We know from experience that it takes a very long time. All you have to do is report the problem to us and send us a photo of the damage. We will immediately carry out exchange. Of course, all return shipments are ordered and paid for by our company.

Our devices are sent via reliable courier companies. Softeners for transport are properly secured and marked. Their transport takes place on a pallet, in an upright position, but if you have a need to transport the device by a passenger car in a lying position - THERE ARE NO contraindications. Our softeners are made expertly and there is no possibility that any of them will spill during such transport or any internal element will be sealed with a resin bed. They also have solid housings made of durable and flexible plastic. They are resistant to shocks and possible impacts. You can safely transport, move and install them even in hard-to-reach places.
