Turkish Copper Pan Set Sahan 18 and 20 cm Hand Hammered 2 Pack

The morning smell of baked tomato, garlic and slightly cut menemen yolks tastes best when it hits the table straight from the oven in an authentic copper dish.

Hand-forged Turkish sahan copper pans by Kochmaster are a traditional set of two dishes (18 cm and 20 cm) created for preparing iconic breakfasts from the Middle East, meze, baked cheeses or aromatic meat dishes. Made by oriental artisans from thick metal, the dishes have been coated inside with a layer of food-safe tin, which protects dishes and makes cleaning easier. Copper reacts instantly to temperature changes, distributing heat evenly throughout the bottom and edges. Thanks to this, fried eggs, shakshuka or meze gain a perfect structure without the risk of burning.

Dishes are perfect for gas, electric and oven stoves. Due to the full, traditional copper finish, the set is not intended for induction hobs. Two convenient handles allow you to serve hot dishes straight from the fire to the table, giving each meal a unique setting.

Serve straight to the table and enjoy the taste of the Middle East in the comfort of your home.

Care: Hand wash with a soft sponge without the use of harsh chemicals; wipe dry immediately after washing. Do not wash in the dishwasher. The natural process of patinating copper over time is a normal phenomenon – lemon and salt paste are enough to restore shine.
