The FORCE SW200 set is designed for double-leaf gates, whose one wing is up to 2 meters long and 200 kg weight (the entire gate max. 4 meters and weight up to 400 kg). The set is dedicated to gates embedded on metal posts.

The FORCE SW200 actuator is a robust and durable design that uses high brightness inductive brushless motor. Brushless motor is characterized by greater efficiency and durability than standard competitors motors and also consume less electricity. The slim shape of the actuator also allows mounting to gates where there is not much space and the post is narrow. The slender shape of the actuator means that it fits into any type of gate without significantly affecting its aesthetics. And thanks to the universal multi-position handles included in the set, installation is very simple.

The actuator housing made of aluminum provides high resistance to weather conditions, while the sprockets and gears are made of high-quality brass alloy, which guarantees increased strength and resistance to damage.

FORCE SW200 is a strong, robust and durable product that has been popular among individual customers and professional installers for many years.

The range of motion of actuators during operation is determined by means of an overload switch, i.e. After reaching a certain point (bumper attached to the ground), the control panel disconnects the power supply.

In the event of an electrical power outage, we attach two emergency unlock keys to the set, so you can manually open the gate easily and quickly.

The control panel also provides the possibility of connecting an emergency battery power supply, which will open the gate when there is a power outage in the network.

The control panel is powered by a high-quality toroidal transformer connected to the 230V network, which eliminates unwanted voltage spikes. The control panel is intuitive and easy to connect. The Force SW200 kit will be programmed even by a person who has not had contact with electronics before, all thanks to a simple, intuitive LED display.

• "Soft Start" and "Soft Stop" - soft start and stop actuators guarantees smooth operation during the opening of the gate and braking of the gate wings in the final phase of work, thanks to which we get a gentle quiet closing of the gate (avoid slamming). Thanks to these functions, a high working culture of actuators is guaranteed.
• Automatic closing - allows you to program the time after which the gate will automatically close.
• Support for various types of m.in gates. gates in which one of the wings has a closing strip where the gate works "on the tab". This allows you to set the time of overtaking one of the wings in relation to the other.

• Overload protection: during the operation of the automatic gate, the electronics measure the operating intensity of the actuator on an ongoing basis. After exceeding the value set in the control panel (when encountering an obstacle e.g. car) the gate automatically stops.
• Optical protection: safety photocells are included in the kit. There is an infrared beam between the photocells. When the photocell line is broken (even before physical contact with the gate), the gate will automatically stop.
• Auto-locking the actuator after stopping: you do not need to use additional locks on the gate to protect it from intruders. The construction of the automatic transmission means that when the gate is closed, the actuator locks, keeps the gate in a closed position.
