1. Home “mini-therapy”: EMS + LED RED/BLUE + HOT–COLD — fresher appearance, better serum absorption and skin relief.
2. Clean and dry your skin. Remove makeup/SPF. Apply light serum/conductive gel (water-based) - oils at the end.
3. Select the mode CL/EMS/HC/HY/LED (RED or BLUE) and level 1 to 5 -start from 1 to 2.
4. Apply flat and move slowly from the center of the face to the outside (avoid the eyelids).
5. Finish “COLD” 60 to 90 s (5-10 °C) to soothe and close pores.
