Method of use

Derma Roller Skin Lifting:

Before proceeding with the procedure, the treatment area should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We perform thorough removal of makeup preferably with a sonic brush in a facial treatment. In the case of acne or contaminated skin, with visible pores, it is recommended to perform an additional peeling to achieve optimal effects of the treatment.

When using a scalp roller, it is recommended to remove dead cells beforehand with the appropriate pharmaceutical product, and then wash the scalp and hair with the currently used shampoo, paying attention to the thorough removal of the remains of the cleanser. Such preparation will allow better penetration and improve the effect of the treatment.

Properly performed step by step procedure:

1. Wash and disinfect your skin, hands and make sure that Derma Roller Skin Lifting is disinfected.

In the case of a body treatment, bathing in the bath before the procedure will perfectly soften the skin and facilitate puncturing.

2. If necessary, apply anesthesia with an anesthetic ointment, e.g. Lidoxin, or perform anesthesia with a device -an anesthetic wand that relieves pain on the principle of vibration. Microneedle mesotherapy does not require anesthesia, but in people with a reduced pain threshold, with needle lengths from 1,0mm, anesthesia can be very helpful.

If anesthesia is applied with ointment - the surface of the skin covered with a layer of cream should be covered with occlusive film and left for about 30 minutes. The film and cream should be removed immediately before the procedure. The anesthetic effect lasts about 30 minutes. It is absolutely necessary to remove the cream before the start of the procedure and disinfect the skin with disinfectant, e.g. Octenispet. Lidoxin is a safe and good quality anesthetic cream.

3. Apply a sterile ampoule intended for microneedle mesotherapy to the treatment area.

Rolling should follow the star scheme up to 10 times in each direction:

• vertical
• horizontal
• diagonally

(Move back and forth means 2 times).

When rolling, gently stretch the skin with your free hand, this will facilitate puncturing and increase the effectiveness of the procedure. After completing the movement in a given direction, lift the roll and start rolling from a new point at a changed angle. This action will ensure that we do not repeat the puncture at the site of microchannels already made. Press the roller with medium force - around the eyes the pressure must be light, especially with needles with a length of 0,5 mm. You can roll a given area first only vertically, then horizontally and at the end diagonally or alternately trying to perform punctures evenly.

The treatment takes about 3-20 minutes depending on the speed of rolling and the size of the treatment area

4. After the treatment area has been developed (about 5-10 minutes after the procedure), an antibacterial cream should be applied, e.g. Zinalfat. Do not apply creams that soothe irritations or algae, etc. Inflammation, which was created during the procedure is the desired effect, then skin remodeling occurs.

5. If after the skin treatment it will be exposed to sunlight, then we apply a cream with a high SPF filter.

6. Before and after each application of the roller, it should be washed with disinfectant. The roller should be stored in its original packaging, which protects against contamination, children and ensures cleanliness and protects against damage.

Council:

If we want and have the opportunity, two to four weeks before the start of treatments, you can prepare the skin. For this purpose, we recommend providing the skin with vitamins A, C and E every day. Vitamins A and C are crucial for collagen formation.

However, after the procedure, we recommend taking hyaluronic acid to strengthen the treatment.

NOTE: Redness after the procedure persists on the skin for up to 24 hours. If we use a roll with needles longer than 1 mm, we can expect bleeding points at the puncture site. This is normal and harmless.

The bleeding is temporary and disappears immediately – blood droplets should be removed with a cotton swab soaked in disinfectant. In addition to possible bleeding, redness and slight swelling may occur, felt rather as skin tension, which lasts up to 1-2 days. Skin is red (as after sunbathing). During this time, you are not allowed to use the swimming pool, sauna and drink alcohol. The procedure should be performed at night. The time of skin regeneration after the procedure is about 2 days (depending on the type of skin and the length of needles used). During this time, it is very important to sauce high-quality creams with moisturizing and nourishing effects. The rolled area may begin to peel after a few days (do not remove protruding skins). Collagen formation occurs very slowly and cannot be accelerated. It takes up to 3 months to achieve a significant effect.

It is not true that the more often we perform treatments, the better results we achieve. Skin must regenerate after each treatment, and the newly formed collagen must have time to grow.

When using Derma Roller, beware of sunbathing. On a daily basis, use SPF 50+ protective cream to prevent possible discoloration.

How to keep clean Derma Roller Skin Lifting:

Before the first use, the roll is sterile packed. After subsequent treatments, it should be washed in warm water and disinfectant. The protective cap should also be disinfected. Next, we put the roll (in a protective cap) on a clean surface (clean towel) and air dry. After complete drying, put again in the package. The roll can be used several times (however, statistically taking, with intensive and regular treatments on large surfaces, the roll should be changed after 3-5 treatments).

Recommended frequency of treatments:

• length of needles 0,2mm – the procedure can be repeated every 2 days
• length of needles 0,5mm – treatment no more than 1 time a week
• length of needles 0,75mm – treatment no more than 1 time per week and a half
• length of needles 1,0mm – treatments should be repeated no more often than every 2 weeks
• needle length more than 1,5mm - treatments every 3 weeks

Roller with needles 0,2mm should be regularly used between treatments using longer needles, in order to regularly provide the skin with substances that induce collagen and elastin production.

The effects are visible after the first treatment. However, the best and long-lasting postoperative results will give us at least 3-4 treatments performed in a series with an appropriate time interval between individual treatments. The number of recommended treatments depends primarily on the condition and problem of the skin.
