The advanced ultra-zoom Sigma has a focal range from 150mm to 500mm which makes the lens great for m.in. for nature or sports photography. The high quality of the materials used and perfect workmanship allow for comfortable work in the most difficult conditions.
The Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 DG lens is equipped with optical image stabilization (OS) operating in two planes. The stabilizer effectively reduces vibrations allowing you to take photos with exposure times longer by 4 degrees EV, without the risk of movement - this significantly facilitates work in difficult lighting conditions.
The new HSM engine is responsible for fast and precise focusing, which makes working with the lens more comfortable. The silent drive at any time allows for manual focus mode without having to switch from AF to MF mode first.
The lens was created for the needs of demanding photographers, which is why in addition to auxiliary systems it offers very high quality. Thanks to excellent lenses, three of which belong to the group of elements with very low dispersion (SLD), Sigma 150-500mm transmits to the camera a high-quality image, devoid of distortion and chromatic aberration. Each lens is covered with multilayer anti-reflective coatings, which eliminates the formation of unwanted light blocks.
