What is ABS in a suitcase?

In the case of automotive, ABS acts as a braking aid, while ABS in the case of a suitcase is nothing more than the material from which it is made. The full name of this material is the acrylonitrile-butadiene-stryrene copolymer. No wonder that manufacturers decide to use the shortcut. ABS suitcases are characterized by a high level of hardness. The suitcases made of it are very durable, they are also easy to keep clean. Their definite advantage is that they are suitable for transporting delicate items, because they are hard and not very flexible.
