Ankarsrum Assistent Original® AKM6230 is an iconic Swedish food processor whose history dates back to 1940. The device is manufactured and manually assembled in Sweden, and each unit is tested before leaving the factory. The distinctive design combines timeless design with high power and functionality created for both everyday cooking and demanding baked goods.

The 1500 W motor handles heavy loads with ease, and the load control system automatically adjusts the operating speed to the current load. The large 7-liter stainless steel bowl allows you to prepare up to 5 kg of dough using up to 1,5 l of liquid. The unique gear design ensures efficient yet quiet operation of the device.

The standard AKM6230 kit offers a rich set of accessories for kneading, mixing and whipping. Includes m.in. 7 l steel bowl, rolling pin and dough hook, dough knife, spatula and lid for growing. The set also includes a 3,5 l bowl from Tritan, balloon whisks and wire stirrers. The possibility of expansion with additional accessories allows you to use Ankarsrum also for grinding meat, preparing pasta, squeezing citrus and many other kitchen works.
