Diatomite or diatomaceous earth are organogenic rocks formed mainly from diatom shells (single-celled algae).
Diatomaceous earth is white, yellowish-white or gray. It is soft and lightweight, and can be easily ground into powder. It has low density, is porous, rough, strongly absorbs water.
Diatomite mats are mainly made of silica 60%, calcium hydroxide 30% and wood fiber 10%.

The mat is thin and flexible. Easy to keep clean.
Before using the product for the first time, vacuum it thoroughly to remove any dust accumulated on the surface. Then, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface and remove any remaining dust. The mat is now ready for use.
Do not heat or submerge the product in water for extended periods.
If the product's surface becomes dirty, rinse it with clean water briefly. Do not submerge the product in water, and do not use organic solvents or detergents for cleaning. After washing, place it in a ventilated area to dry naturally.
Place the product on a flat surface to avoid deformation.
