Its 30 cm diameter allows for easy cooking, frying traditional and deep or stewing. However, the classic method created just for the wok is frying on the move, i.e. the world-famous “stir-fry”. The ingredients are added one by one all the time mixing them at a very high temperature. Thanks to this, the processing process itself is extremely short, which guarantees the preservation of taste and vitamins.

However, intensive mixing does not have any effect on the special 5-layer GRANITUM Extreme non-stick coating with a thickness of 4.5 mm. It not only facilitates frying, but also makes the pan easy and hassle-free to clean both in the dishwasher and – what is recommended – under running water. When using the wok, it is extremely important to maintain a constant, high temperature. Thanks to the solid, forged aluminum, there is no problem with this, because it perfectly distributes heat over the entire surface. Regardless of the type of cooker, the Ballarini Murano wok is ideal - especially for induction hobs.
