If your old antenna power supply is 100% functional, replacing it with another "new" one will not help. There is absolutely no point in replacing something functional with another functional one - there will be no difference.

You have a working 12V antenna power supply - don't buy a new one - there probably won't be any noticeable differences other than a thinner wallet.

When to replace a 12V antenna power supply?

The most common symptom that your antenna power supply is "ending" is that it is slowly starting to "crack" the image from week to week. This is usually the signal that it is worth thinking about measuring with a Voltmeter whether the voltage of the power supply has already dropped below 11V and this is a sign to replace it.
