Original, hand-made ceramic barrel with the inscription Ogórek Małosolny made of high quality ceramics made of natural stoneware clays. Thanks to the use of high-quality raw materials for production, it is completely safe in contact with food. The barrel is coated with a solid layer of enamel that provides it with exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion. It is designed for long-term storage of food in ecological conditions, without the use of preservatives. It is perfect for pickling cucumbers, souring cabbage, curing meat, storing lard. By inserting the lid into the water-filled barrel collar, the air supply to the inside of the dish is cut off. The vegetables placed in it ferment, producing carbon dioxide, which over time completely displaces the air. In this way, an anaerobic atmosphere is created in the barrel. The preserves ripening in it acquire a unique taste. They are characterized by high quality, functionality and aesthetic performance.

The product is intended for contact with food. Suitable for washing in dishwashers. Can be used in the oven.
