STONEWARE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

✔️MOLD PREPARATION: The porcelain stoneware mass is properly prepared, then placed into a specific mold and left for about 2-3 hours until it rises.

✔️DRYING: The drying and hardening of the porcelain stoneware mass usually takes about a day. This process can take shorter or longer depending on the size of the vessel.

✔️CLEANING AND FIRING: First, the product is cleaned of fine dust and fired at around 900 degrees Celsius. After cooling, impurities are removed again, and then the product is glazed and fired at 1200 degrees.

✔️COOLING: The product cools down slowly and gradually (takes several hours). Sudden contact of a hot vessel with cold air could quickly damage its surface. The finished product then goes to satisfied customers.
