It is ideal for preparing all kinds of food products in it, from bread, through veteran dishes to perfectly moist inside, crumbly roast.

Soaked before baking clay, from which the pot is made, during the whole process gives off moisture and water vapor in the dish allows for even baking of the whole. For a crispy top dish, remove the lid from the pot 15 minutes before the end of baking.

Usage:

Soak the pot and lid in water for 30 minutes. When preparing dishes that require a longer baking time, this time can be extended to 2 hours.

Put the Roman pot in a cold oven and do not cool in cold water, because a sharp change in temperature may result in its damage. The dish is intended for preparing dishes in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 200°C.

Cleaning:

Soak the cooled pot several times in warm water and wash with a sponge or brush without using any detergents. To speed up the drying process of the dish after cleaning it, you can put it in a cold oven and set a 150 degree thermocouple for a few minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the pot inside to dry completely.
