STONEWARE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

✔️MOLD PREPARATION: The porcelain stoneware mass is properly prepared, then placed into a specific mold and left there for about 2-3 hours, until it rises.

✔️DRYING: The drying and hardening of the porcelain stoneware mass usually takes about a day. This process may be shorter or longer depending on the size of the vessel.

✔️CLEANING AND FIRING: Next, the product undergoes an initial cleaning of fine dust and is fired at approximately 900 degrees Celsius. After cooling, any remaining dirt is removed, and then the item is glazed and fired at 1200 degrees Celsius.

✔️COOLING: The product's re-cooling is slow and gradual (takes several hours). Sudden contact between a hot vessel and cold air could quickly damage its surface. The finished product then reaches satisfied customers.
