A universal and timeless stoneware crock with a lid allows for making healthy, homemade preserves and long-term food storage. The crock is completely safe for health and suitable for food contact. Thanks to the glaze coating, it does not absorb odors, ensuring the natural taste of your preserves with full-value ingredients. The stoneware is intended for, for example, pickling cucumbers, cabbage, or preparing sourdough starter for żur, without the use of preservatives.

Thanks to the embossing, the crock looks interesting and presents well. The crock is decorated with a stylish patterned ring embossed around it. The stoneware features a fermentation collar!

A special collar or fermentation groove - is a place intended for water. Water sealing is a key natural ingredient in the fermentation process. It enables free flow of gases and effectively prevents air from entering.

The lid protects food from drying out and weathering, further minimizing the spread of the intense smell of sauerkraut food. By applying the lid to the water-filled pot collar, we cut off the air supply to the inside of the barrel, thus making the food inside acquire a special taste.
