STONEWARE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

✔ PREPARATION OF FORM: the porcelain mass is properlyprepared, and then introduced into a specific form and remains in it for about 2-3 hours, until it rises.

✔ DRYING: drying and hardening of the porcelain mass usually takes about 24 hours . This process may take longer or shorter depending on the size of the vessel.

✔ CLEANING AND BURNING: then the first cleaning from fine pollen and burning of the product in about 900 degrees Celsius takes place. After cooling, impurities are removed again, and then the product is glazed and fired at a temperature of 1200 degrees.

✔ COOLING: re-cooling of the product is slow and gradual (takes several hours). Too sudden contact of a hot vessel with cold air could instantly damage its surface. The finished product goes into the hands of satisfied customers.
