• Quake Energy CAS is a lightweight and compact tile vibrator, specifically designed to avoid the formation of closed air bubbles between the adhesive and the tile. Provides perfect tile grip. Quake Energy CAS is perfect for working on vertical surfaces and at height, thanks to its low weight (3,6 kg, including battery) and the ability to work without a cable.
• The Quake Energy CAS tile vibrator by RUBI is characterized by a double handle, which guarantees greater ergonomics and comfort during work. The tool has been carefully designed to provide the user with better control and stability during use.
• The vibration frequency of Quake Energy CAS ranges from 0 to 10 000 rpm. /min and is easily adjustable with a progressive trigger. Switch ON. /OFF. This is a separate button to avoid unintentional startup. The vibrator also features a front LED lamp to illuminate the work area and improve operator visibility if necessary.
• The Quake Energy CAS vibrator suction cup is mechanically activated with a lever located at the top of the tool. The maximum load capacity is 50 kg, and the suction cup is designed exclusively for smooth surfaces.
• The combination of suction cup and vibrator allows you to work in specific points and situations, such as gently lifting the plate, which has fallen too much under the influence of vibration, and the need to restore its original position. This dual suction cup and vibrator function reduces the possibility of gaps without glue under the plate when lifting it.
• Quake Energy CAS is powered by an 18-Volt Li-HD battery with a capacity of 2 Ah* (compatible with 18-Volt batteries from the METABO CAS platform). The Energy CAS battery has an LED display to inform the user about the remaining charge level. If 4 green LEDs are displayed on the display, it means that the battery capacity is above 80%. If there is only 1 LED on the display, it means that the battery capacity has fallen below 20% and needs to be charged. Battery autonomy, when charged at 100%, is about 60 minutes with continuous operation.
