Algicide Speed K 250g is a modern agent for the control of filamentous algae in ponds. It is safe for humans, animals, plants and filter bacteria. The product is also suitable for bathing ponds and can be used even at water temperatures below 10°C.
After preparation and pouring into water, the agent is quickly absorbed by filamentous algae. In a short time after application, the limestone structure of algae is dissolved, which leads to the loss of their stability and consequently to their death. The effects are visible after 3-4 days of application. After eliminating algae, Algicide Speed K should be used prophylactically once a month.
A 250g package is enough for 10000 liters of water. It is also available in larger packages for 20000 litres and 50000 litres.
