The ALC-50 compressor is equipped with a single-piston compressor, which allows to achieve a capacity of 300 l/min .

The compressor is fitted with a hardened cast iron cylinder guaranteeing a long service life and efficient cooling of the compressor.

The housing of the compressor unit was also cast from durable cast iron, characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and very good ability to dissipate heat into the environment.

The device's engine has a maximum power of 2.8kW and a speed of 2850rpm . Thanks to the appropriate ratio, the compressor operates at low revs of 1200rpm, thanks to which its service life and limited heating of the system are increased. The motor is equipped with thermal protection to protect it against overload.

The compressor has a pressure reducer with two quick connectors and two pressure gauges. The pressure switch used allows for easy adjustment of the compressor start-up time depending on the pressure at the outlets and for automatic operation. Adjustment is done by tightening or unscrewing a single nut, making it quick, intuitive and simple. The compressor automatically switches off when the pressure reaches 8 BAR.

The use of large and durable bearings on the crankshaft avoids unexpected failures and ensures a long service life of the entire structure.

The compressor is equipped with wheels and metal handles . Such instrumentation significantly facilitates the movement of the device and its proper positioning in the workplace.
