There is no shortage of heaters on the market, which only on paper have “30 kW”. If the device is supposed to be 30 kW, and burns the same as the model by 15 to 20 kW, it means one thing – the parameters have been artificially inflated.

How to check the actual power of the heater?

Oil consumption (l/h) = (Heater power in kW × coefficient) / nominal power

Examples of fuel consumption at different powers:

• 10 kW → approx. 0,8 l/h
• 20 kW → approx. 1,65 l/h
• 30 kW → approx. 2,4 l/h
