Trumpai apie prekę
Prekė: Alyvos šildytuvas 40 kW su dūmų ištraukimo ventiliatoriumi ir LCD termostatu. Kategorija: Oro šildytuvai.
- Gamintojas: Powermat
- Modelis: PM-NAG-40SKN
Warm up the workplace and entrust temperature control to the thermostat. Powermat PM-NAG-40SKN combines blowing heating with a closed combustion chamber: warm air goes through the front outlet, and exhaust gases have a separate route through the chimney.
40 kW of declared heating power — for heating workspaces.
Air flow up to 920 m³/h — the fan distributes heated air.
Digital thermostat — automatic shutdown and restart depending on temperature.
56 l tank — for diesel or light fuel oil.
Two wheels and a tubular handle — roll the device to the selected position.
🟠 WHY CHOOSE THIS MODEL?
This is a proposal for people who need a heater for technical facilities, with temperature control and separate exhaust gas discharge. The most important solutions respond to specific needs during work:
- Chimney and heat exchanger: exhaust gases are not directed to the heated air stream.
- Temperature automation: you do not have to manually turn the heating on and off after each change in ambient temperature.
- Tube tank: you can check the fuel level without unscrewing the stopper.
- Drive chassis: change the position of the setting without moving the entire heater in your hands.
🟠 WARM AIR AND EXHAUST GASES HAVE SEPARATE ROADS
The automatic burner injects fuel through the nozzle into the closed INOX stainless steel combustion chamber. The resulting heat warms up the exchanger, and the fan guides the air around it and directs it to the front outlet.
Combustion products leave the device through the upper chimney — separate from the blowing. It is the transmission of heat through the exchanger that distinguishes this structure from heating, in which the exhaust gases go together with the blowing into the room.
The chimney has a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 16 cm. These dimensions should be taken into account when planning the location and exhaust gases.
🟠 SET THE TEMPERATURE. THERMOSTAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THE HEATING CYCLE
Smooth adjustment allows you to choose the temperature of the knob. When the environment reaches the set value, the heater will automatically turn off. When the temperature drops below the setting, it will restart, without pressing the switch every time.
This method of control reduces unnecessary heating after reaching the goal. It is especially useful when you do not want to constantly return to the device when performing repairs or operating the station.
Two LCD displays allow you to read the set temperature and the current ambient temperature. So you can check both the selected setting and the current conditions in the workplace.
🟠 NOT ONLY GENERATES HEAT – IT SETS THE AIR IN MOTION
In blowing heating, not only the heat source counts, but also the air flow through the device. Here, the 5-blade fan with a power of 250 W is responsible for it, providing a flow rate of up to 920 m³/h.
The air is sucked from behind, heated at the exchanger and blown out at the front. In this way, the energy from the combustion of fuel goes into the moving air stream, instead of heating only the immediate surroundings of the housing.
🟠 FUEL SUPPLY UNDER CONTROL
The tank holds 56 l of diesel or light fuel oil. The large capacity allows you to prepare the fuel supply for operation, and the speculum next to the stopper makes it easy to check its level without opening the tank.
The maximum fuel consumption is 2,5 l/h. This parameter is helpful when planning supply; it does not mean constant consumption every hour, because the thermostat turns on and off the heating depending on the temperature.
🟠 ARE YOU CHANGING YOUR POSITION? ROLL THE HEATER
Two wheels and a high, tubular handle help move the device where it is to be positioned. With a heater weight of 30 kg, the chassis has a practical meaning: instead of lifting the entire body, you use the wheels and grip for the existing crossbar.
This is useful when one device supports different places in the workshop or warehouse facilities. Once set, the heater rests on the wheels and bottom support of the frame.
🟠 THREE PLACES WHERE THE COLD MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO WORK
- Workshop — repairs and installation. With a cooled station, you need a heat source that heats the air in your workspace. Blowing and temperature control allow you to adjust the operation of the heater to current conditions.
- Hall — preparing workstations. The heater can be used to heat the hall, and the thermostat takes control of the heating cycle while performing other duties.
- Warehouse — acceptance of goods and completion of orders. The mobile design makes it easy to choose where to position the device in the back room, where the layout of the stations can change.
🟠 PLAN YOUR PLACE AND POWER BEFORE PURCHASING
The dimensions of the device are 1065 × 480 × 745 mm. It is worth checking the available space not only for the heater itself, but also for access to the panel, fuel cap and transport handle.
It is a combustion heater, but it also needs electric power supply 230 V / 50 Hz to work. Fuel supplies energy for heating, and the electrical system powers the components of the device.
The diameter of the heating hole is 26 cm, and the diameter of the warm air outlet is 23 cm.
🟠 IGNITION CONTROL AND OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The device has built-in piezoelectric ignition and electronic ignition sensor. The overheating thermostat is responsible for protecting against excessive temperature, which cuts off the fuel supply.
The design is complemented by the combustion chamber cooling function. The built-in analog fuel pressure indicator gives you an additional reading related to the operation of the fuel system – independent of temperature displays.

⚫ QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Does the heater work without electricity?
No. In addition to fuel, it needs a 230 V / 50 Hz power supply for the operation of electrical components.
What fuel can be used?
Diesel or light fuel oil. These are the two types of fuel provided for this model.
Do I need to buy a thermostat?
No. The digital thermostat with smooth adjustment is built-in, and the panel allows you to read the set temperature and the current ambient temperature.
Do exhaust fumes escape through the front exhaust along with warm air?
No. The closed combustion chamber and the exchanger separate these streams. Exhaust gases are discharged through the upper chimney and heated air through the front outlet.
Does the heater need to be moved to change the setting location?
There is no need for this on the route that allows the device to roll. The heater has two running wheels and a tubular transport handle.
