Bv77 with a power of 20 kW and an air flow of 1 550 m3/h is a model from the MASTER BV series of heaters with a heat exchanger. It features a compact housing and ergonomic design for easy use and transport, especially the comfortable handle and large, stable wheels. The fuel tank with a capacity of 36 l ensures continuity of operation for several hours – the average fuel consumption is 1,67 kg / h.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL:

The design of the BV 77 heater is refined to even the smallest detail to ensure its high functionality and trouble-free operation. The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, three oil filters are used: a filter in the fuel pump, a suction filter and a filter on the infusion, and an external pump facilitates maintenance. The novelty is the so-called. snorkel - an innovative solution in the fuel tank venting system that allows tight sealing of the filler and no oil leakage.

A flexible cable with a length of 7,6 m can be connected to the heater, distributing warm air to hard-to-reach places and to higher floors. In addition, it is also recommended to connect a room thermostat (mechanical or electronic) to control the temperature inside the room and minimize the costs associated with fuel combustion. Other useful accessories include e.g. fuel heater, pipe and chimney hood for exhaust made of stainless steel and a special rain cover that increases the degree of protection to IP 44 – useful especially when the device works most of the time outdoors.

1. After starting the heater, the compressed air sucks fuel from the tank.
2. Sprayed fuel, in contact with the ignition element, ignites in the combustion chamber.
3. The burned fuel is mixed with the flowing air flow produced by the fan.
4. The flowing air flow heats up and comes out with the exhaust gases.
