Pressing Procedure (press the peanut into the sample):

1. Turn on the heating switch and wait for more than 5 minutes, and increase the waiting time accordingly in cold weather (never turn it off while pressing the oil).

2. Use dry ingredients directly.

3. Press the "press" button and press the oil.

4. After pressing the tips, hold (do not release) the "clean" switch for more than 20 seconds. This will make it easier to unscrew the screw and clean. If you don't press the clean button when the chamber is cold, the internal residual slag will harden, and the press rod will become stuck in the press chamber and cannot be removed for cleaning.

5. If a power outage occurs during the pressing process, turn off the pressing button and simultaneously unplug the power cord. Continue pressing for more than 10 minutes after turning on the heating switch while the power is connected.

6. Clean the press chamber with food-grade detergent and water.

7. Unplug the power cord and store the machine in a dry place.

8. The pressed oil separates automatically after being stored overnight at room temperature (25°C) and does not require filtering.

Note:

Never insert fingers or hard objects, such as metal rods, into the chamber opening to mix the ingredients.

Olive Oil Presses: You must remove the pits and cut fresh olives into peanut-sized pieces, then dry the fresh olive oil in the sun or heat it in the microwave for 5-6 minutes before loading it into the machine.
